Sometimes You Get What You Need...
Well, I know I haven't put together a proper newsletter since October, but you wouldn't believe the twists and turns my life has taken on these 3 short months! As many of you already know, I opened the Soul2Soul Treasures Gift Shop in October, it was a LOT of work, but a dream accomplished. My problem was a lack of time...time to work on the store, time to work on Soul2Soul, time to do the readings and healings I am meant to do...and time for my own healing, not to mention more time to play fetch with Genji (the silky terror...er terrier). I was also concerned about the rising energy costs and how I was going to heat my home this winter, I was actually considering taking on a roommate. So, I had been asking the Divine Source for TIME and security.
Well, lo and behold, a week after opening my store, my ex-husband (who remains a very good friend) asked if I would consider taking him in as a roommate, it turned out that his bride of 2 years was actually still married to several other guys and had left him for the next. This certainly solved my financial problem, and as it turns out, he is in the midst of his spiritual awakening and had hoped I could be a mentor for his growth and education. It's certainly been a win/win situation for us both so far, and Genji is thrilled with the additional fetch partner.
One week after taking in the new roommate, I was informed that the corporation I'd been working for these past five years was "being dissolved," some workers would be sent to Fort Worth, Texas and others would be terminated with severance. You can imagine my awe and shock when they told me my last day at the office would be 11/11... with 11 weeks of severance after my last official day... which just happens to be my birthday, January 6th. I didn't need to be hit with a 2 x 4 to see the synchronicity and the 11:11:11 message that rang clear as a bell! My prayer had manifested, I would have the TIME I so needed to fulfill my true purpose.
Synchronicity and Serendipity has been having a field day with me ever since, I've met so many incredible angels on earth these past few months. I need to introduce you to a couple of them now.
I was so blown away by the lovely, customized artwork on actual lotus leaves that California artist Karin Spritzler presented to me, that I knew I wanted them in Soul2Soul Treasures ASAP! Please check out her lovely works of art; Lotus Leaves. I know it's too late to order for holiday gift giving, but what a lovely idea to honor a loved one on any occasion!
The next angel was shown to me in a most serendipitous way! The new roommate had the latest copy of the local entertainment newspaper laying around, I hadn't read it in ages, but felt compelled to skim through it. It opened directly to an article about a local Angel who was making luxury bed linens inspired by "What the Bleep Do We Know" and the work of Dr. Masaru Emoto and the effect of thought and intention upon water crystals. The angel, Jenni Przekwas was inspired to create this line of healing and life-affirming bedding where words are placed based on the chakra system and loving intention. As our bodies are composed of 70% water and we spend 1/3 of our life in bed, these positive words raise our vibration and energy. Of course, I knew I had found a product perfect for Soul2Soul Treasures, and needed to meet this angel immediately! There is yet another angel with the voice of an angel that I'll be introducing you to in the next newsletter. Yes, I am seeing a beautiful pattern here, much like the water crystals of positive intent that Dr. Emoto photographed. I am grateful, and in awe of the power of Divine Source. I know that showcasing these angels and their work is a mission that has been entrusted to me by Spirit. I see that I have been given the great gift of TIME (though hard to believe since I've been working non-stop since "not working,") and now hope to devote my time to healing, writing, spiritual counseling, playing fetch and cosmic shop keeping.... anyone know a good accountant?
