Will is the Founder and Director of the Inner Insight Institute where he teaches meditation, healing, and clairvoyance. He trained at the Berkeley Psychic Institute and Boulder’s Psychic Horizons before co-founding the Inner Connection Institute in 1998. III is the culmination and expression of these experiences.

Earlier training included managing a flotation shop (sensory isolation tanks), studying accupressure massage, living with Nematollahi Sufi in Persia, and working with and writing the curriculum for Chris Griscom's Nizhoni School for Global Consciousness in Santa Fe.

Former Peace Corps Volunteer, author of Crossfire Education, corporate trainer, and Ph.D. in knowledge transfer competency levels in training, Will brings a diverse background to reading, healing and teaching.
